Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using ClipToEarn you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a binding agreement. You must give accurate information when you register.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your password and for everything done through your account. Keep your login private and tell us through Support if you think someone else has used it. One person may hold one account.

Submissions are reviewed before they are approved. Campaigns use CPM rewards: eligible verified views divided by 1,000, multiplied by the displayed campaign rate. Rewards are limited by each creator's campaign cap and the campaign's remaining budget. Total views are not necessarily eligible views, and participation does not guarantee views, approval or earnings. Estimated rewards can change until verification and reconciliation are complete. Cleared rewards normally remain pending for seven days for reconciliation before becoming available, unless a documented review or dispute requires a temporary hold. You may appeal a view or reward decision within seven days of the decision; include supporting evidence. We may reject a submission that breaks the rules, and we may withhold or reverse rewards linked to artificial views, fake accounts or other manipulation. Suspicion alone is not proof of fraud.

6. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is $10.00. A withdrawal fee of 2% of the amount withdrawn (never more than $10.00) is deducted from the withdrawal: the full amount leaves your balance and you receive the amount after the fee. If a payout fails, the full amount, including the fee, is returned to your balance. You can withdraw by PayPal or USDT on TRC20, ERC20 or BEP20. A withdrawal request removes the amount from your available balance and shows as pending until it is paid. If a payout fails, the amount is returned to your balance. You are responsible for a correct payout destination and, for crypto, the correct network. Crypto sent to a wrong address or network cannot be recovered by us. Crypto amounts are converted from US dollars at the rate in effect when the payout is sent.

6a. Brand funding and when rewards are paid

Brands pay for a campaign before it goes live, and creators can only join and earn from funded campaigns. A reward is credited only after your submission is approved and only from the funded budget of that campaign. Rewards are never paid from money that has not been received. A brand pays the campaign budget plus a platform fee of 10% of that budget. The platform fee is not part of the budget available to creators, and it is not refunded if the campaign is cancelled; only the unused part of the campaign budget is returned.

6b. Keeping approved videos live and reward reversal

Approved videos may need to stay live for 30 days after the campaign ends. If an approved video is deleted or becomes unavailable before then, or is found to break the campaign rules, we may reverse the reward. A reversal is recorded as a separate entry in your history and reduces your balance by the reward amount. If you have already withdrawn it, your balance can go below zero and the amount is deducted from future earnings before you can withdraw again.

7. Social account verification and provider linking

You can verify a TikTok account by placing a code we give you in its public bio. A verified account is shown as "Clip-to-Earn verified". This is our own check that you control the account. It is not a badge from TikTok, and ClipToEarn is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, Instagram or YouTube. A social account can be linked to only one ClipToEarn account. Google and Discord provider accounts are not linked to an existing ClipToEarn account solely because their email addresses match; account linking must verify ownership of the ClipToEarn account. If you link Discord through the official bot, follow its one-time verification flow and never share the link or your login credentials.

8. Copyright and advertising

You must have permission to use music, video, logos and other assets required by a campaign. Follow the campaign brief and the social platform's rules, including any disclosure rules for sponsored or promotional content that apply in your location. ClipToEarn does not grant music or other intellectual-property rights that a campaign owner does not have.

You keep ownership of your clips. By submitting a clip to a campaign you give ClipToEarn and the campaign's brand a non-exclusive licence to view, review and display that clip as needed to run the campaign.

11. Suspension and ending your account

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account through Support. Rewards already approved and payable are handled under section 6.

12. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that campaigns will always be available or that any clip will be approved or earn a reward. To the extent the law allows, ClipToEarn is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. When we make a significant change we will update the version and date above. Continuing to use ClipToEarn after a change means you accept the new Terms.
