1. What we collect

• Account: username, email address, display name, password hash when used, and linked Google or Discord provider identifiers. We never store your password in readable form.
• Your agreement: the date and version of the Terms and Privacy Policy you accepted when registering.
• Social accounts: the handle and profile link you verify, and the verification status.
• Activity: the campaigns you join, the clips you submit (platform, link, views) and their review status.
• Discord integration: if you link your Discord account, we store the Discord account identifier needed to associate your ClipToEarn account with the bot and send supported notifications. The bot may receive only the account and event data needed for enabled commands and notifications.
• Payments: your balance, earnings history, and withdrawal requests including the payout method, PayPal email or crypto wallet address and network you enter. For brands: company name, contact person, business email, country, website and payment records.
• Support: messages you send us.
• Technical: your IP address and request details, used to keep the service secure and limit abuse.

2. How we use it

To run your account, review submissions, pay rewards, verify your social accounts, answer support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, and keep the service working. We do not sell your personal data.

3. TikTok bio verification

When you verify TikTok, our server reads your public TikTok profile page to look for your code. We only look at public information. We do not ask for your TikTok password and do not receive access to your TikTok account. The code itself is not stored: we keep a random value and an expiry time.

4. Who we share it with

• Brands running a campaign can see the clips you submit to it.
• Service providers that host our website and database process data on our behalf, identity providers (Google and Discord) handle sign-in, the configured Discord bot handles supported account-linking and notifications, and our payment provider (NOWPayments) receives details needed to take brand payments and send supported crypto payouts.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

5. Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open. We may keep payment and security records for as long as the law or fraud prevention requires, even after an account is closed.

7. Security

Passwords are hashed, connections use HTTPS, and sensitive values are never sent to your browser. No online service can promise perfect security, so please use a strong, unique password.

8. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or to close your account, through Support. You can also disconnect a verified social account from the Socials page at any time.

9. Children

ClipToEarn is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10. Changes

If we change this policy in a significant way we will update the version and date above.
